Funerals
(Scoll down for recordings)
Violin music can be a beautiful tribute to your loved one. Choose a meaningful piece such as The Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams, Dido's Lament by Purcell, or even any favourite song of your loved one such as moon river, time to say good bye, or Ashokan Farewell. I am happy to learn anything that is meaningful to you, and that will make the ceremony more personal and memorable. If you would like to hear some examples of previous work at funerals, click on the pictures/recordings below. If you would like to see video footage of me, please look at the video section in the main menu.
I can play at any of these points in a ceremony at a church or crematorium but do please ask if you have different requirements... as guests arrive, for the arrival of the coffin, as a five minute reflection mid ceremony, during hymns, or as everyone leaves the venue. Get in touch to discuss your personal requirements, and a tailored quote.
